Patrick King is a painter living and working in Brooklyn, New York. King was born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin and lived in Franklin until moving to Racine at the age of eight. He left to attend the Minneapolis College of Art and Design and the following year moved to Philadelphia to study at Pennsylvania Academy of the Fine Arts. King lived in Philadelphia from 1979 until his move to New York in 2013.
